We are located in the center of the Western Upper Peninsula’s finest hunting opportunities. Be it deer, black bear, ruffed grouse, waterfowl, or other small game, there are thousands of acres of land open to public hunting around Lake Gogebic and the surrounding area. Hunting pressure is generally medium to light wherever you go with an abundance of game.
If you enjoy late season deer hunting, then muzzle loading and late season archery can be extremely productive.
If you are coming up for fall hunting around Lake Gogebic, don’t forget your fishing equipment. Some of the best fall fishing on our lake can be done right off the shoreline after dark.
